By engaging with the Brand, whether as a franchisee, licensee, marketing partner, supplier, or employee, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. These conditions ensure consistency, protect brand integrity, and support the customer experience across all touchpoints.

Unauthorized use, replication, modification, or distribution of the Brand or any associated materials is strictly prohibited. Any suspected misuse will be investigated and may result in termination of agreements and/or legal action.

3. Brand Usage Guidelines

c. Advertising and Promotions

All advertising materials (print, digital, video, social media) must be submitted to and approved by the central marketing team before publication. Promotions that involve discounts, combo offers, limited-time items, or event sponsorships must comply with standard pricing and branding policies.

4. Product and Service Representation

Menu items must be prepared, presented, and served according to corporate standards and recipes. Substitutions, unauthorized items, or product alterations that affect taste, appearance, or food safety are not permitted unless approved. All advertising or display materials must accurately represent menu items — exaggerated or deceptive imagery is not allowed.

5. Franchisee and Licensee Conditions
